Microsoft Authenticator for Two-Factor Authentication - As a security measure, PBS login uses two-factor authentication which requires that the Microsoft Authenticator app be installed and set up.

Cisco AnyConnect for VPN - Some applications, such as D365 and Broadview, require VPN to access them remotely. You should be automatically connected on a PBS computer so this guide is for those on personal/non-PBS computers.
- MyApps (https://myapps.microsoft.com) is your instant guide to many PBS web-based resources such as Workday for HR/payroll information, Trac for requests to the building's facilities and print services team as well as an interactive map of desk/office assignments, and our company intranet called myPBS, and the web version of any Office 365 application such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.

Microsoft Teams FAQ - If you're not familiar with Microsoft Teams or have any questions, click on the FAQ to learn more.
- PBS computers all have Microsoft Teams installed, simply search for the app on your computer.
- Personal/non-PBS computers will need to use the web version of Microsoft Teams.

Slack - Any PBS email can create a Slack account in our PBS Slack Workspace. Click on the guide learn about first time set up and how to login to multiple devices.
- Printing - Printing in the office is only an option on PBS computers. If you need to set up a personal printer on a PBS computer, please call the Solution Center if you need assistance.

- OneDrive - Setting up a OneDrive Back Up can be done independently for PC computers but Macs will need to call the Solution Center hotline to get this set up.
