Add Outlook to Apple Mail app
The Apple Mail app is the native email app for iPhones. While it is an option, PBS highly recommends using the official Outlook app.
In order to use either app, it is required that you set up the Intune Company Portal app on your phone. Click here to learn how to set up Company Portal or follow the instructions in the app. This set up confirms that your phone meets security standards and that PBS data can wiped from your phone in the event that it get lost or stolen.
To set up the Apple Mail app
Go to Settings and search for "Internet Accounts"
Tap the option List of Internet Accounts to get to the page with "Contacts Accounts" at the top
Tap Add Account and then tap Microsoft Exchange
When prompted, enter your email address and preferred description.
Note: It will default to "Exchange" but this can be changed to your preference.

Tap Sign In and then Continue
When prompted, authenticate for your account via Microsoft Authenticator and then go back to Settings to complete the process

Check the options you would like available (Calendar, Mail, Contacts, etc) and tap Save
Please allow some time for Apple to sync with Exchange. Depending on the number of emails in your inbox or events in your calendar, it may take a few minutes before everything is available.
If you experience any issues, please open the Comp Portal app on your phone to make sure you're signed in. If issues persist, call the Solution Center for assistance at x5222
