(NETA File & Metadata Delivery to sIX) How to report issues and outages
1. Browse to the PBS Help Desk Portal
2. Input your email address in Requester, if this is not pre-filled (you may have to enter other details if this is the first time you are opening a ticket on this site)
3. Type "NETA to SIX" as Subject
4. Select the level of urgency. If the file/metadata needs to be uploaded within 6 hours, please select High
5. In the Description box, please tell us about the issue you are having
6. Lastly, hit Submit
