(NETA File Delivery to sIX) How to resolve the issue(s) identified in the Daily Missing Media Report email

Each morning PBS sends out a Missing Media notification to NETA. Below is an example of this notification. The file(s) listed on this notification are on the schedule as available for download but the content are missing from Edisen's storage.

NETA is required to resolve the issue with files listed in groups 1 and 2 in this notification email.

This alarm can be stopped/silenced by one of the following and applicable ways:

1. Confirm with SCETV that the file is available for PBS to download

2. "Remove the scheduled instance from Broadview

3. Move/Correct the scheduled date for the file
