Find the error message from sIX from the body of the email you have received.
Example: Error message from sIX: Data Error: Scheduled Date cannot be later than Usage End
Make the change : Such as updating BroadView to ensure the metadata issue is corrected or when package is not schedule, scheduling that package in BroadView..
In the case described in #1, adjust usage end date so that schedule date falls within the usage window if applicable.
Save the form in BroadView. You have resolved the metadata issue!
Metadata updates take from one to two hours to propagate to Edisen.
