Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset

Go to http://aka.ms/ssprsetup in your web browser and complete the sign-up process using your username@pbs.org and password.

After you complete the registration process, use the following link http://aka.ms/sspr to change your password or unlock your account.

Windows user will also have an extra option.

There will be a “Reset password” link in your log in screen.

This will also allow you to register like above but from your windows machine.
