You must be connected to VPN if you are working remotely.
Hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete on your keyboard and you should see this screen
Click change password.
On the next screen you will be prompted to type in your old password and then create a new password.

The password requirements are

Minimum15 characters long

Once you create your new password, type it in again in the Confirm password field. Hit enter and your password will have changed

After you change your password, some applications, like Cisco Jabber, will prompt you for the new password. Same for smartphone apps like Outlook, it will prompt you for the new password.
