To Initiate Voicemail Setup:

1. On your physical desk phone, press the Message button on the right-side of the phone's screen (looks like an envelope)
2. When prompted, enter the PIN you received when your extension was assigned, followed by the # sign.
3. To setup a custom voice greeting, press 4 and follow the directions for recording a greeting.
