Android PBS Email Setup for Office 365

PBS uses Intune and the Outlook Mobile App to provide access to PBS email on Android devices.

Once you have been granted access to the service (by the Solution Center) you will need to install the Intune “Company Portal” app and then the “Microsoft Outlook” app.

Please note the new system will occasionally require network credentials. If the prompt for credentials occurs while outside of the PBS network RSA Multifactor Authentication will be required.

Quick Steps:

Install the “Intune Company Portal” app from the Google Play Store
Once installed Open the “Intune Company Portal” app
Login with your PBS email address and network password (If you are outside the PBS network, you will need to enter your RSA token)
Continue through the access setup and privacy agreement
Select “Next” through the Allow permissions and Activate screens
Select “Activate this device admin app”
Click on “DONE” to complete
Next you should be prompted to install the Microsoft Outlook app from the Play Store (If not prompted please manually navigate to the Google Play Store)
Install the “Microsoft Outlook” app.
Open the app click “Get Started” to Setup a new account
Enter your email address and network password to connect
